Home Gym Equipment Video

I hope that you enjoy my home gym equipment video which shows you how I set up my home gym. I've got a garage at my house so that's where I put my home gym equipment.

It stays cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter months.

It's great because once I paid out the cash to set up my home gym there is very little to pay in terms of the running costs, except buying the occasional home gym equipment video for keeping up to date with the latest fitness techniques.

As you can see I have  two dumbbell racks I use one for the uneven number dumbbells and on dumbbell rack for the even weights numbers. The weights go from 12 pounds to sixty-five pounds.

I used to like boxing a lot so I still have a heavy bag and alongside that you will see that I have some racquetball racquets and my supply of racquetball gloves from when I used to play in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I am very into my martial arts and so have a set of nun chucks which are very much used for practising my martial arts skills for when I want to act out like Bruce Lee.

My Powertec workbench multi system has lots of attachments like the close-gripped swivel bars and rotation bars. The actual work station will now support loads right up to five hundred pounds. I am glad that I bought it from Amazon with free shipping.

I really like my dips station. This is where I can do my pull ups, dips, leg lifts and sit ups with deep lats pull ups.

My Schwinn exercise bike is the Schwinn 431 elliptical trainer and you can see a video and review report that I put together by clicking schwinn 431 elliptical trainer. I like this model because it keeps an eye on my pulse and measure my heart rate although I always use a Polar heart rate monitor because I have found these to be the most reliable over the years that I have been exercising.

I have a regular fitness bench where I do my leg lifts and leg curls and I find it very good for doing advanced crunches as well.

I always think it's good to have a wind down area where I can chill out a little after my work out so I have some easy chairs and magazines to read along with my sound system where I enjoy my Creedence Clearwater Revival tunes and also check out my latest home gym equipment video too.
